Revelation
Ch 11 – chronological
1 And there was given me a reed like unto a rod: and the angel stood, saying, Rise, and measure the temple of God, and the altar, and them that worship therein.
The 3rdTemple that exists during the last 7 years
2 But the court which is without the temple leave out, and measure it not; for it is given unto the Gentiles: and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty and two months.
3 And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth.
Suggestions for the witnesses are Enoch, Moses & Elijah, Enoch & Elijah because they did not die but were raptured to GOD. Elijah also called down fire from heaven plus shut off the rain. Moses is suggested due to performing the plagues on Egypt like the plagues in the Book of Revelations, but Moses did die. Do the witnesses start after the 6th trump? Or is this parenthetic, meaning they start their proselytizing about the time the seals are open, because the abomination has not happen yet?
Heb C9 V27 And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:
Gen C5 V24 And Enoch walked with God: and he was not; for God took him.
2 Kings C2 V11 And it came to pass, as they still went on, and talked, that, behold, there appeared a chariot of fire, and horses of fire, and parted them both asunder; and Elijah went up by a whirlwind into heaven.
Deut C34 V5 So Moses the servant of the LORD died there in the land of Moab, according to the word of the LORD. And he buried him in a valley in the land of Moab, over against Bethpeor: but no man knows of his sepulcher to this day. And Moses was an hundred and twenty years old when he died: his eye was not dim, nor his natural force abated.
Moses (law), who called plaques on Egypt Ex C7 – C11
Elijah (prophet), called down fire from heaven 1 Kings C18 V36 – V38 and shut off the rain 1 Kings C17 – C18. Who knows? GOD!
MAl C4 V5 Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD:
Elijah will come before the Day of the LORD go to Matt C17 V10 – 13 further down
Deu C29 V29 The secret things belong to the LORD our God: but those things which are revealed belong to us and to our children for ever, that we may do all the words of this law.
must read
Matt C11 V2 Now when John had heard in the prison the works of Christ, he sent two of his disciples, V3 And said to him, Are you he that should come, or do we look for another? V4 Jesus answered and said to them, Go and show John again those things which you do hear and see: V5 The blind receive their sight, and the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, and the deaf hear, the dead are raised up, and the poor have the gospel preached to them. V6 And blessed is he, whoever shall not be offended in me. V7 And as they departed, Jesus began to say to the multitudes concerning John, What went you out into the wilderness to see? A reed shaken with the wind? V8 But what went you out for to see? A man clothed in soft raiment? behold, they that wear soft clothing are in kings’ houses. V9 But what went you out for to see? A prophet? yes, I say to you, and more than a prophet. V10 For this is he, of whom it is written, Behold, I send my messenger before your face, which shall prepare your way before you. V11 Truly I say to you, Among them that are born of women there has not risen a greater than John the Baptist: notwithstanding he that is least in the kingdom of heaven is greater than he. V12 And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffers violence, and the violent take it by force. V13 For all the prophets and the law prophesied until John. V14 And if you will receive it, this is Elias, which was for to come.
Matt C17 V10 And his disciples asked him, saying, Why then say the scribes that Elias must first come? V11 And Jesus answered and said to them, Elias truly shall first come, and restore all things. V12 But I say to you, That Elias is come already, and they knew him not, but have done to him whatever they listed. Likewise shall also the Son of man suffer of them. V13 Then the disciples understood that he spoke to them of John the Baptist.
Mark C9 V10 And they kept that saying with themselves, questioning one with another what the rising from the dead should mean. V11 And they asked him, saying, Why say the scribes that Elias must first come? V12 And he answered and told them, Elias truly comes first, and restores all things; and how it is written of the Son of man, that he must suffer many things, and be set at nothing. V13 But I say to you, That Elias is indeed come, and they have done to him whatever they listed, as it is written of him.
Luke C1 V17 And he shall go before him in the spirit and power of Elias, to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the disobedient to the wisdom of the just; to make ready a people prepared for the Lord.

Joel C2 V32 And it shall come to pass, that whoever shall call on the name of the LORD shall be delivered: for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the LORD has said, and in the remnant whom the LORD shall call.
As for their timing, A belief, the 2 witnesses start during the first 3.5 years & die during the 2nd 3.5 years but before the last year = bowl judgements/wrath of GOD/day of the LORD
Isa C13 V13 Therefore I will shake the heavens, and the earth shall remove out of her place, in the wrath of the LORD of hosts, and in the day of his fierce anger.
Isa C34 V8 For it is the day of the LORD’s vengeance, and the year of recompenses for the controversy of Zion.
exactly when??????? GOD’S witnesses vs false witnesses against CHRIST
Matt C26 V59 Now the chief priests, and elders, and all the council, sought false witness against Jesus, to put him to death; V60 But found none: yes, though many false witnesses came, yet found they none. At the last came two false witnesses, V61 And said, This fellow said, I am able to destroy the temple of God, and to build it in three days. V62 And the high priest arose, and said unto him, Answerest thou nothing? what is it which these witness against thee?
Psalms C27 V12 Deliver me not over to the will of my enemies: for false witnesses are risen up against me, and such as breathe out cruelty.
Psalms C35 V11 False witnesses did rise up; they laid to my charge things that I knew not.
Mark C14 V55 And the chief priests and all the council sought for witness against Jesus to put him to death; and found none. V56 For many bore false witness against him, but their witness agreed not together. V57 And there arose certain, and bore false witness against him, saying,
4 These are the two olive trees, and the two candlesticks standing before the God of the earth.
Zech C4 V1 And the angel that talked with me came again, and waked me, as a man that is wakened out of his sleep. V2 And said to me, What see you? And I said, I have looked, and behold a candlestick all of gold, with a bowl on the top of it, and his seven lamps thereon, and seven pipes to the seven lamps, which are on the top thereof: V3 And two olive trees by it, one on the right side of the bowl, and the other on the left side thereof. V4 So I answered and spoke to the angel that talked with me, saying, What are these, my lord? V5 Then the angel that talked with me answered and said to me, Know you not what these be? And I said, No, my lord. V6 Then he answered and spoke to me, saying, This is the word of the LORD to Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, said the LORD of hosts. V7 Who are you, O great mountain? before Zerubbabel you shall become a plain: and he shall bring forth the headstone thereof with shoutings, crying, Grace, grace to it. V8 Moreover the word of the LORD came to me, saying, V9 The hands of Zerubbabel have laid the foundation of this house; his hands shall also finish it; and you shall know that the LORD of hosts has sent me to you. V10 For who has despised the day of small things? for they shall rejoice, and shall see the plummet in the hand of Zerubbabel with those seven; they are the eyes of the LORD, which run to and fro through the whole earth. V11 Then answered I, and said to him, What are these two olive trees on the right side of the candlestick and on the left side thereof? V12 And I answered again, and said to him, What be these two olive branches which through the two golden pipes empty the golden oil out of themselves? V13 And he answered me and said, Know you not what these be? And I said, No, my lord. V14 Then said he, These are the two anointed ones, that stand by the Lord of the whole earth.
Rev C1 V20 The mystery of the seven stars which thou sawest in my right hand, and the seven golden candlesticks. The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches: and the seven candlesticks which thou sawest are the seven churches.
5 And if any man will hurt them, fire proceedeth out of their mouth, and devoureth their enemies: and if any man will hurt them, he must in this manner be killed.
6 These have power to shut heaven, that it rain not in the days of their prophecy: and have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to smite the earth with all plagues, as often as they will.
7 And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them.
Rev C9 V1 – 11, V11 abaddon/apollyon – angel of the bottomless pit that ascendeth, satan fell from heaven
Isa C14 V12 How are you fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how are you cut down to the ground, which did weaken the nations! V13 For you have said in your heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also on the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north:
Luke C10 V18 And he said to them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven.)
8 And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified.
JERUSALEM
9 And they of the people and kindreds and tongues and nations shall see their dead bodies three days and an half, and shall not suffer their dead bodies to be put in graves.
Until 1970s this was impossible, today easily conceivable
10 And they that dwell upon the earth shall rejoice over them, and make merry, and shall send gifts one to another; because these two prophets tormented them that dwelt on the earth.
11 And after three days and an half the Spirit of life from God entered into them, and they stood upon their feet; and great fear fell upon them which saw them.
12 And they heard a great voice from heaven saying unto them, Come up hither. And they ascended up to heaven in a cloud; and their enemies beheld them.
13 And the same hour was there a great earthquake, and the tenth part of the city fell, and in the earthquake were slain of men seven thousand: and the remnant were affrighted, and gave glory to the God of heaven.
14 The second woe is past; and, behold, the third woe cometh quickly.
REV C8 V13
15 And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.
Mid trib rapture at the 7th/last trumpet?
1 Thes C4 V16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: V17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
1 Cor C15 V51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, V52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
2 Thes C2 V1 Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him, V2 That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand. V3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; V4 Who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sits in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.
So there must be a falling away 1st AND the man of sin revealed, both conditions satisfied for the rapture which will only happen when he, (man of sin) enters the temple and declares himself to be GOD at the mid trib according to Daniel C9 V27
Dan C9 V27 And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the middle of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured on the desolate.
Matt C24 V29 Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: V30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. V31 And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.
Matt C24 V29 states that after the tribulation then JESUS gathers HIS elect in V31, therefore V31 is a post tribulation gathering/rapture
16 And the four and twenty elders, which sat before God on their seats, fell upon their faces, and worshipped God,
17 Saying, We give thee thanks, O Lord God Almighty, which art, and wast, and art to come; because thou hast taken to thee thy great power, and hast reigned.
18 And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth.
Is this the bema seat judgements/rewards CHRIST gives to the church & old testament saints?
1 Cor C3 V10 According to the grace of God which is given to me, as a wise master builder, I have laid the foundation, and another builds thereon. But let every man take heed how he builds thereupon. V11 For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ. V12 Now if any man build on this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble; V13 Every man’s work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man’s work of what sort it is. V14 If any man’s work abide which he has built thereupon, he shall receive a reward. V15 If any man’s work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire.
2 Cor C5 V6 Therefore we are always confident, knowing that, whilst we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord: V7 (For we walk by faith, not by sight:) V8 We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord. V9 Why we labor, that, whether present or absent, we may be accepted of him. V10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he has done, whether it be good or bad.
Dan C10 V6 His body also was like the beryl, and his face as the appearance of lightning, and his eyes as lamps of fire, and his arms and his feet like in color to polished brass, and the voice of his words like the voice of a multitude.
Rev C1 V14, Rev C2 V18 & Rev C19 V12 These are not the White Throne judgement of Rev C20 V11 – 15
Matt C25 V31 When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit on the throne of his glory
19 And the temple of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen in his temple the ark of his testament: and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and an earthquake, and great hail.
