Is abortion the taking of human life or is just the removal of tissue, like removing a cancerous tumor or other abnormalities of the body? The taking of human life is a decision that will affect you more in a lifetime than almost anything else. With the choice presented before you, one should look to GOD’S word to see how GOD has already given us how HE feels about any subject. Old testament verses are still appropriate for us to learn from as Paul, the apostle to the gentile, of grace states in Rom C15 V4, “For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope.” and 2 Tim C3 V16, “All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:”. From these two verses we see that all of GOD’S word we need to study and use to make our decisions. GOD’S guidance for us is contained in HIS word, the bible.

  • Less than 6% of women who get raped get pregnant (CDC) & vast vast vast majority of abortions are elective (no medical necessity). Just 1% of women who obtain an abortion did so because they became pregnant through rape, and less than 0.5% do so because of incest, according to the Guttmacher Institute.

    • Must legalize prostitution – women does what she wants with her own body plus gets paid
    • Only women can legally be drug addicts – women does what she wants with her own body
    • Women’s blood goes through all parts of her body/medical fact that is true for men too – none of the mother’s blood goes to the baby in the womb therefore not part of her body
    • All of the cells in a women’s body have exactly the same DNA makeup – the baby’s DNA inside is not the same therefore not part of the women’s body

GOD’S word should guide us through life and the verses above show GOD knows us long before we are born. Even the scientific facts presented should also guide us for JESUS CHRIST is the CREATOR GOD who created everything to include mathematics, chemistry, physics, biology etc..
